A habit app for people with a 9-to-5
One small window in the week you already have.
SEEDLOAM reads the week you actually have, your sleep, your shift, your commitments, and finds the hours that are honestly free. Then it places one session in them. Missing a day costs nothing, and nothing is ever deleted.
The first window opens on Monday 31 August.
Five kinds of tired. Try yours on, the whole page changes with it:

The time ledger
You have more time than you think.
Here is the honest arithmetic.
The same arithmetic the app runs on your week. Free time counts only what is left after sleep, work, commitments and the evening's overhead, and every figure rounds down.
I work day shifts
An 8-hour shift is assumed; days off are counted to a midnight bedtime.
The app never asks for more than one thing at a time.
honestly yours in a usual week, after everything the week takes first.

Every number comes from your sliders, computed by the code the app ships. A figure you can check against your own calendar persuades; an invented one gets caught.
How it works
Plant one seed. Keep one window.
No plan to fall behind on, no streak to protect. Four small things, then the garden mostly asks nothing.
A free evening opens up. What actually happens?
Your week, read honestly
The hours that are really yours
Work in grey, sleep in stone, your free hours hatched green. The acid block is the window it found.
One seed, planted
Watercolor30 minutes · 5 evenings
This week the window sits after the dishes and before the tiredness.

What is in the garden
Small tools, all pointing at one window.
Everything below ships in the app today.
A scheduler that believes you
Per-weekday shapes, exceptions, night shifts. It plans around your life instead of asking your life to move.
A session with seasons
Warm-up, deep work, wind-down. A dial, soft chimes, and a creature that keeps you company.
A widget with 15 states
Your window, your creature and your day on the home screen, drawn from real data.
The lock screen keeps watch
Live Activities carry the window and the running session to the lock screen, so the phone can stay face down.
Notifications to the second
Planned on your device with nine gentle chimes. One thing before your window, then quiet.
A journey, not a scoreboard
History, achievements and an insight page that reads like a letter about your season.
A gardening assistant
Tell it "my Tuesdays just died" in plain words. It re-places your window deterministically, never by vibes.
Your data, your door
Change email, export everything, cancel or delete the account, all from one page in the app.
Misses cost nothing
A night with people is a life being lived, never a miss. No streak to break, nothing ever deleted.
Five selves, five temperaments
The quiz does not just pick your art. Drift is anchored, Strain is protected, Burst is banked: the scheduler treats each loop differently.
Letters worth opening
Nine short letters from hello@seedloam.com, in the gardener's hand: a welcome, your week, and a quiet note before the free days end.
Plans that follow your seasons
Several schedules with their own names and colours, overrides for the odd week, and a calendar that shows where every window fell.
The five loop-selves
Everyone is stuck in one of five ways.
Each loop has its own weather, creature and temperament in the scheduler. Tap one: it will introduce itself, and you can dress it your way.
Not sure which is you? The quiz takes three minutes, and quiz-takers keep a kinder price on the year.
Terms of Service
The gardener
"The gardener will not nag. One thing before your window, and nothing at all on the days you miss."
"Wandered? Come back without a story."
Somebody calm who is not impressed by hustle. When your week gets heavy, it offers a smaller window, not a lecture.

Questions, answered plainly
The things people ask first.
What happens when I miss a day?
Nothing. No streak breaks, because there is no streak. The gardener says nothing at all, and tomorrow's window is simply there.
Do I need a card for the free days?
No. Every garden opens with 7 full days of everything, and the app never asks for a card to start.
What exactly stays free forever?
One goal, one schedule, one window a day, the whole session screen, and your last 7 days of history. Everything else goes to sleep, never deleted. Come back a year later and your garden is still there.
I work nights and odd shifts. Will it cope?
Yes. The scheduler was built for real weeks: per-weekday shapes, night shifts that cross midnight, exception weeks, and commitments that come and go.
Can I cancel, export my data, or delete everything?
All three, from the account page inside the app, in a couple of taps. And hello@seedloam.com answers if you write.
What is a loop-self?
One of five patterns people get stuck in: Drift, Strain, Wait, Hollow, Burst. A six-question quiz names yours, and it genuinely changes how the scheduler treats you.
Which languages does it speak?
Fifteen: English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, Turkish and Bengali. The app follows your device language on its own.
Where can I get it?
On iPhone first: the app is built and in testing while the App Store listing is prepared. Android follows. Join the waitlist below and the gardener will write the day the doors open.

Be first through the gate
Leave an email and the gardener writes exactly once per door: the day the App Store opens, and the day Android does.
Planted. The gardener will write when a door opens, and not before.
Or write to hello@seedloam.com and a person will add you by hand.
The iPhone build already carries the widget, the lock-screen Live Activities and nine chimes; it is in testing while the listing is prepared. Android follows it out the gate.
