The terms, said plainly

SEEDLOAM sells digital books and runs a small habit app. These terms cover both. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@seedloam.com and a person will answer.

What you are buying

Every book in this shop is a digital download. Nothing ships. After checkout an email arrives with your download links, usually within a minute, and the files are yours to keep for good. Each loop story arrives as three files: a digital edition for screens, a print edition for a home printer, and a print-ready file with bleed if you want a real book printed.

What you may do with the files

You may read them, print them for yourself, and have a copy printed for your own shelf. Please do not resell them, share the files publicly, or use the artwork in your own products. If you would like to use a page in a class, a workshop, or a newsletter, just ask.

Refunds

Because the files reach you instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final. That said, if a file will not open, arrives damaged, or is not what the page promised, write to hello@seedloam.com with your order number and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather you were treated well than technically correct.

The app

The SEEDLOAM app has a free tier and a paid tier. New gardens get seven free days with no card asked. The app is sold only through the App Store, so payment, renewals and cancellation are handled there: cancel any time from your App Store subscription settings. A lapsed garden simply rests: nothing is deleted for not paying, and your history waits for you. You may export your data or delete your account whenever you choose, from inside the app.

Prices and payment

Shop purchases are charged in USD, with taxes included where required. App subscriptions are shown and charged in your own currency by the App Store, at the tier Apple lists for your region. Prices can change, but never for something you have already bought.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. One garden belongs to one person. If something looks wrong with your account, tell us and we will look into it.

Our part

We keep the shop and the app running as best we can, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Nothing here is medical, psychological, or financial advice. The stories are stories, and the app is a gentle tool, not a therapist.
